MINOT DEFEATS KRUNK IN OVERTIME, 124-120

ATLANTA, GA (Novemer 28, 2007) - The patrons of the Atlanta Krunk at John H. Lewis Gymnasium, and the tens of thousands listening on local radio WAEC 860 AM, were treated to yet another overtime thriller. This time however, it was the visiting Minot Sky Rockets who prevailed. The final score was Minot 124, Krunk 120.

Minot boasted three players with over twenty points and six of the seven players who played, scored in double figures. They were led by the trio of Kellen Millner (25), Kevin Rice (24), and Ronnie Fields with 22. The Krunk were led by Miguel Millian's 37 and Terence Hunter's season high 25. Zack Marbury chipped in with 17, all in the final quarter and overtime stanza. The Krunk were once again victimized by pourous interior defense that lead to easy basket, after easy basket by the taller visiting team. Marbury, Millian and Hunter tried to keep the Krunk on top but the talented Minot trio of Millner, Rice and Fields proved too much in the overtime period.

The Sky Rockets record improved to 2-1, while the Krunk fell below .500 for the first time this season at 3-4.
