DUANE HUGHES COMMENTS ON CBA OWNERS MEETING

ATLANTA, GA (June 4, 2007) -"We are working on some very important developments for our franchise", says Atlanta Krunk founder Duane "Spyder D" Hughes, speaking via telephone from his Atlanta office.

"Last week's CBA owners meetings were very informative and exciting, according to Freedom Williams, our majority shareholder, who attended the meeting last weekend. He called me during a break, and you could tell by the background noise that the meeting was well attended. Freedom was able to take time out of his hectic schedule of running FWE (Freedom Williams Entertainment), and his blazing hot artist Alkebulan."

"After we discussed some particulars of the meeting, we decided to pursue some very exciting prospects for our franchise here in Atlanta. That's really all I can say until we finalize some things. At the appropriate time, Freedom will come in for a press conference, and all will be divulged at that time", said Hughes.

Hughes refused to elaborate on speculation that the Krunk was up for sale. "I have an idea where that started, but I will not comment on that at this time", said a mildly annoyed Hughes. "We will enlighten everyone to our plans very soon."
