Georgia AAAAA Basketball Roundup

The Georgia 5A Roundup is a yearly competition that showcases some of the best talent the state has to offer. These kids are the building block for the future of basketball and they play with the most important part of sports competition. They play with heart; something of which is very rare in the upper echelons of the basketball world.

Georgia is home to some great basketball from the teen leagues to the NBA. High schools in the region have some of the best overall teams and players in the country and many go on to college and even the NBA. Colleges in Georgia all teach responsibility and the art of being a champion whether you win or lose. It is all about education here. Without a decent education, a player cannot possess the necessary skills and mindset to win on the court. This kind of thinking has been very successful as many college graduates have gone on to become NBA superstars. Georgia is home to one NBA team, the Atlanta Hawks which is a viable candidate to win it all in 2011.

No matter your level of basketball team, Georgia has one of the best venues from High School to the NBA.
